This Is My Wealth: Discovering New Big Ideas

Knowledge is but one of the twelve keys to Power  – E. Nyoreme Nakpodia

What does it mean to learn? I have heard of many definitions but the simplest one I can think of is that to learn is to discover new things and ideas. The discovery of something new to us is the beginning of the learning of that thing. However, the discovery of something new to us does not necessarily mean it is altogether new. There are many newly discovered ideas that have indeed turned out to be very old. Besides, new ideas like new born babies are born of an older parent idea so the old is forever present in the new.

But what is learning all about? Why is it necessary that we discover new ideas? How can learning something new change our life for the better? These are all valid questions that need an answer, for there are some people who do not believe in the power of learning and the discovery of new ideas. They do not see how a previously unknown fact of life could change their lives in an instant.

For example, a fairly new idea in today’s world is the fabulous concept of Facebook. This idea is so simple but its effect is amazingly profound. Friends, family and colleagues who had lost contact with each other or who’s lives made it difficult for them to communicate regularly, found the perfect solution in Facebook. Those who discovered the new idea, and were fascinated about it enough to learn how it works, found that they never again had to be oblivious about the lives of their close or distant friends and family. It was a life-changing, revolution of an idea that was born of an older parent idea called the Internet. But those who have decided not to take part in this new technology will only have themselves to blame when they are left far behind the new pioneers that are bound to emerge from the existence of such big ideas like Facebook and other social media like Twitter, LinkedIn, WordPress and much more.

To learn is to discover the unknown; to learn is to be fascinated by the unknown and acquire information with which to increase one’s knowledge of things not known or things misunderstood. Information decreases limitations, for the knowing and understanding of things previously unknown, gradually erodes the boundaries that have formerly held one restricted.

So what new ideas have you discovered lately? What new idea has fascinated you recently or inspired you enough to ignite the creative you? Do you give such ideas much thought or do you discard them? Can you help someone discover a new life-changing idea? These are some of the questions we need to ask ourselves daily in order to put our minds in a place where they will be receptive to new ideas; ideas that are bursting with creativity; ideas that can help us to create our own big idea.

‘Who is wise? He who learns from all men, as it is said, from all my teachers, I have gotten understanding.’ – Ben Zoma, 1st Century AD

Definitely important to keep learning and motivating yourself to spark creative inspirations that raise the bar to internal and external wealth for ourselves or the greater good of others. Mnay times we do have ideas that can make change for many including ourselves but with knowledge comes power only if you recognise that power and use it to the best of our ability to open up the web of ideas that can make our journey an inspiring and wealthy one, whether you talk mantally or physically. For myself ideas come to me constantly and for over a decade now I have had a whole bunch that I have been blessed with…but I have not made use of. There is one that on the other hand that has stood out from the rest and its about time I start putting more of this idea in the spotlight as well as developing and using the technology provided to inspire the many that require this idea like I required it through my times of need. Again this has been a great read and motiivation or ergency is all we are missing sometimes to move full steam ahead. Keep doing what u do and I soon show and prove also. Bless up!

My husband and i have been very contented that Albert managed to carry out his web research out of the ideas he received when using the blog. It’s not at all simplistic to simply find yourself giving away guides that many men and women could have been making money from. And now we fully grasp we’ve got the writer to thank for this. The most important illustrations you’ve made, the simple web site navigation, the friendships your site make it easier to instill – it is many remarkable, and it is facilitating our son in addition to the family feel that that idea is fun, and that is extremely essential. Thank you for all the pieces!
